Scoopin'

It's blowing outside, it's snowing outside, it's close to a blizzard outside! My kind of weather! I love to be all snugly warm when it's cold outside and have my family safely with me! I love snow -- I don't say that out loud to many people, because your walking on a limb to say that where I live! Not many people like snow or cold. My husband doesn't! He says I only like snow because I don't have to scoop it! I do scoop..... sometimes! (hee, hee) I haven't been able to as of late because of my surgery. We have had a lot of snow since Dec 17, too!
Scooping snow is hard work, especially if the wind blows. The drifts become very hard and heavy. Keeping your driveway clean can be difficult when it snows, then blows, then snows... you get the picture.
Sometimes in our life we need to scoop out stuff that piles into our hearts. It can be easy when the "snow" is light and fluffy. It does not take much effort - just time. Then again we can be bombarded with "snow" and the wind blows making it hard and heavy. It takes work to clean out the "snow". Or maybe you just drive over it, ignore it but then it gets packed down, can turn icy. You can try to forget about it but the bumps and ruts remind you that it's still there. It's better to take the time and clean off the "snow" when it first comes. God is the only deluxe "snow remover." When He takes care of your "snow" it's gone, there are not any piles left over! Nothing is too hard for Him.
